How do you deal with non-technical stakeholders?
Asked in the Phone Screen stage. The interviewer is looking for how you adapt your communication, build trust, and keep decisions aligned when the audience does not share your technical context. A strong answer should show that you clarify goals, translate tradeoffs into business terms, and handle disagreement without becoming defensive.
