Your question is Working With a Teammate Challenge. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

Can you describe a time you had trouble working with a teammate on a project? Focus on a specific situation, your responsibility, how you addressed the working relationship, and the outcome. Explain what you learned and what you would do differently next time. We are looking for direct communication, ownership of your part in the conflict, and evidence that you maintained project progress while resolving the disagreement.
