Your question is Working Across Cultures. Take a moment with it on the right.
Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).
How would you handle working with people from another country or culture?
The interviewer is assessing whether you can adapt your communication style, recognize different norms around feedback and decision-making, and build trust without relying on assumptions. They also want to understand how you handle misunderstandings, time-zone differences, and differing expectations while maintaining delivery and respect.
Use a specific past example and structure your response with Situation, Task, Action, and Result. Strong answers explain what you learned about the other team, how you adjusted your behavior, and what measurable improvement followed.
