Window Functions for Monthly Application Ranks

Write a SQL query using window functions to compute each student's application count rank within their university by month on Handshake - stryder.

Use the provided student and application records. Include students with applications only, and treat each application record as one application.

Output

1. One row per student, university, and application month.
2. Columns: university_id, university_name, application_month, student_id, student_name, application_count, and application_rank.
3. Rank highest application counts first, with tied counts sharing the same rank.
4. Order by university_id, application_month, application_rank, and student_id.
