Window Function Transaction Ranking

Write a window function to rank transactions within each category and retrieve the top three highest values.

Use the transactions table. Ties should receive the same rank, so a category may return more than three rows when values are tied.

Output

1. One row per transaction whose rank is 1, 2, or 3 within its category
2. Columns: transaction_id, category, transaction_value, and transaction_rank
3. Order by category, transaction_rank, transaction_value descending, then transaction_id
