Your question is Why We Should Not Hire You. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

Why should we NOT hire you?

This question is asked during the Technical and HR interview stage as an HR question. The interviewer is assessing self-awareness, honesty, accountability, and whether a stated weakness could materially affect performance in the Data Analyst role. They are not looking for a disguised strength or a fatal flaw. Give one genuine, manageable limitation, explain when it affected your work, and show the specific system or behavior you now use to reduce its impact. Close with evidence of improvement and continued ownership.
