Where You See Yourself

Your question is Where You See Yourself. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

Where do you see yourself in 2, 5, and 10 years?

The interviewer is assessing whether you have a thoughtful direction while remaining adaptable to changing technology, team needs, and opportunities at Barco. Explain the capabilities, scope, and leadership responsibilities you hope to develop, rather than naming only job titles. A strong answer connects your aspirations to concrete past actions, including how you have prioritized growth, sought feedback, and adjusted your plans when circumstances changed.
