The interviewer is also assessing self-awareness, ownership, and adaptability rather than looking for a specific title or predetermined career path.
A strong answer should describe the skills, responsibilities, and measurable contributions you hope to develop. Support your answer with a brief example of how you previously set and pursued a development goal, and explain how you would adjust your plan based on feedback and business needs.
