Your question is When You Missed a Commitment. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

Can you give an example of a time when you haven’t been able to follow through on a commitment? Please describe the commitment, what prevented you from delivering, how you communicated the issue, and what happened afterward. We are assessing whether you take ownership when circumstances change, recognize risks early, and communicate proactively rather than making excuses. A strong response should focus on one specific example, explain your decisions and trade-offs, and include the outcome and what you changed to prevent a recurrence.
