Weekly Ops Performance SQL

MediumSQL · PostgreSQL

Problem

Write a SQL query to analyze weekly operational performance by team, including joins across multiple tables and trend metrics over time.

Use the provided operational tables and restrict results to January 2025. Include teams with qualifying operational activity and calculate weekly workload, completion performance, and change from the team's prior reported week.

Output

  1. One row per team and reported week, with team_name, week_start, total_tasks, completed_tasks, total_minutes, avg_completed_minutes, completion_rate, and completed_change_vs_prior_week
  2. Include only qualifying January 2025 activity and sort by team_name, then week_start
