Asked in the final MD interview stage. The interviewer is assessing how clearly you explain your experience, distinguish your personal contribution from the team’s work, and connect projects to relevant consulting skills.
Choose one or two projects rather than listing every CV entry. Explain the situation, your responsibility, the actions you personally took, the result, and what you learned. Be prepared to discuss trade-offs, collaboration, ambiguity, and how the experience would transfer to an Accenture consulting engagement.
