Implement filter_security_tools(tools) to return recognized vulnerability assessment and penetration testing tools from the input list. Matching is case-insensitive, results preserve input order, and each recognized tool appears at most once in the output.

tools is a list of strings. Return a list containing only names from the supported tool set, using their canonical capitalization.
