Your question is Vendor Ranking from a Metrics Table. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

Given a metrics table for four vendors (customer ratings, turnaround time, cost, etc.), rank the four vendors.

Asked in the online assessment stage. Explain how you would compare metrics with different units and whether lower or higher values are preferable.

Requirements

  1. Define a transparent scoring method and justify the metric weights.
  2. Normalize the metrics before combining them.
  3. Produce a ranked list with the composite score for each vendor.
  4. Explain trade-offs, assumptions, missing data, and how sensitive the ranking is to alternative weights.

Data Available

A metrics table containing four vendors, customer ratings, turnaround time, cost, and potentially other operational KPIs.
