Write a function that outputs the variance given a list of integers.

Implement def variance(nums):, returning the population variance as a floating-point number. The input is non-empty, and population variance divides the sum of squared deviations by len(nums).

Constraints

1 <= len(nums) <= 100000
-10^9 <= nums[i] <= 10^9
The input list is non-empty
Return population variance, not sample variance
