Valid Palindrome | Dataford Interview Questions

Valid Palindrome (LeetCode 125).

Asked in the tech screen stage. Given a string s, return True if it reads the same forward and backward after converting uppercase letters to lowercase and ignoring non-alphanumeric characters. Otherwise, return False.

Input and Output

s is a string, and the function returns a Boolean.

Constraints

0 <= len(s) <= 2 * 10^5
The input contains printable ASCII characters
Letters are compared case-insensitively
Non-alphanumeric characters are ignored
