Write an SQL query to retrieve unique records from a table.

Use the records table and return each distinct combination of its data columns. Exclude no rows based on their values.

Output

Return the columns record_name, category, status, and notes.
Return one row for each unique combination of these columns.
Order by record_name, category, status, and notes, placing NULL values last.
