What is the difference between tuples and lists?

Implement compare_collections(items), which receives a list of integers and returns a dictionary describing the corresponding list and tuple. Report each type, whether it is mutable, whether it is hashable, and whether both contain equal values. Preserve the input values and do not mutate items.
