Your question is Top Three Strengths. Take a moment with it on the right.

Problem

What are your top three strengths?

Please choose strengths that are relevant to the Research Analyst role at BCI and support each with a brief example from your experience. Explain how each strength affected your work, your team, or the quality and timeliness of your analysis. We are looking for self-awareness, evidence rather than labels, and an honest view of how you continue developing. A strong response should be organized, specific, and concise, using a STAR structure where useful. Avoid listing generic traits without explaining when you demonstrated them or what measurable result followed.
