Write a query to find the Nth highest salary in a table without using LIMIT.
The runnable example uses N = 3. Treat salaries with the same value as one salary rank, exclude NULL salaries, and adjust the N value when needed.

|---|---|---|
| salary_idPK | INTEGER | Unique salary record identifier |
| employee_name | VARCHAR(100) | Employee name associated with the salary |
