Write a query to find the top three most expensive listings in each zip code using window functions.

Use the listings table. Exclude rows with a missing ZIP code or listing price.

Output

One row per selected listing, with listing_id, zip_code, list_price, and listing_rank.
Return at most three listings per ZIP code, ordered by zip_code, then listing_rank.
Rank higher-priced listings first; break equal-price ties by ascending listing_id.
