Write a SQL query to find the top 5 customers by revenue this month.

Use the customers and orders tables. Revenue includes only completed orders dated within the current calendar month. Exclude cancelled orders and orders without a matching customer.

Output

One row per customer with columns customer_id, customer_name, and total_revenue
Return at most five customers, ordered by total_revenue descending, then customer_id ascending for ties
