Requirements

Use a window function to rank distinct salary levels from highest to lowest.
Return all employees whose salary is in the top three ranked levels.
Include employee_id, employee_name, team, and salary.
Sort the final output by salary descending, then employee ID ascending. Employees with NULL salaries should not qualify for the result.
