Throughput and Quality Trends SQL

MediumSQL · PostgreSQL

Problem

Write a SQL query to track operational throughput by day at Tempus labs, join it to quality outcomes, and identify trends by team or site.

Use the operational_runs and quality_checks tables. Include operational activity from January 1 through January 4, 2024, preserving operational groups that have no quality records.

Output

  1. One row per operation date, team, and site.
  2. Return operation_date, team, site, throughput_units, inspected_units, defect_units, quality_percent, quality_status, and quality_runs.
  3. Sort by operation_date, team, and site ascending.
