Your question is Three-Word Self Description. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

How would three people who know you describe you in three words?

Choose people who have worked closely with you, such as a manager, peer, or client, and explain why each person would use those words. We are looking for an honest view of your working style, not a list of ideal qualities. Support your choices with brief examples of how those traits appear in your communication, ownership, collaboration, or response to feedback. Strong answers show self-awareness, consistency across perspectives, and awareness of both strengths and an area you are actively improving.
