Your question is Teamwork Example. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

Share an example of a time when you had to work as part of a team to accomplish an important goal

Asked in the HireVue stage. The candidate quoted this as the behavioral HireVue question. Explain the situation, your specific responsibility, how you collaborated with others, and the result. Focus on your individual contribution while showing how you supported alignment, handled differing perspectives, prioritized work, and helped the team deliver. A strong response should use a specific example, follow the STAR structure, quantify the outcome where possible, and include what you learned about effective teamwork.
