Your question is Team Problem Solving. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

Tell us about a time you solved a problem in a team setting.

Please choose a specific example and explain the situation, your role, how the team worked through the problem, and the outcome. We are interested in how you clarified the issue, handled differing perspectives, prioritized actions, and contributed to a practical solution. Describe your individual decisions and actions rather than speaking only about what the team did. Strong answers use a clear STAR structure, explain the stakes and constraints, show collaboration or influence, quantify the result where possible, and include what you learned.
