Larsen & Toubro engineering applications may need to exchange two temporary values before processing a pair of readings. Given two integer values, swap them using only the two provided variables, without introducing a third variable, list, dictionary, or other container.
Implement swap_values(a, b). The function receives two integers and must return a two-element tuple (a, b) after the values have been exchanged. The original first value must become the second output, and the original second value must become the first output.
Use Python's simultaneous assignment feature or another valid constant-space technique. Do not rely on global state or mutate external data.
