Program for swaping 2 numbers, finding sum of elements in array & average ?

Write a function that swaps two integer values and computes the sum and arithmetic average of a non-empty integer array. Return the swapped values, sum, and average in that order. The average should be returned as a floating-point value.

Constraints

a and b are integers
1 <= len(nums) <= 10^5
-10^9 <= nums[i] <= 10^9
The input array is non-empty
