Your question is Supporting Struggling Team Member. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

Tell me about a time when a team member was struggling to succeed and you helped.

Asked in the behavioral stage. The interviewer is assessing whether you can recognize performance or collaboration challenges, understand the underlying cause, and support a teammate without taking away their ownership. Strong answers should use a specific example, explain the actions you personally took, show how you adapted your approach, and include a clear result.
