Support Ops Performance SQL

MediumSQL · PostgreSQL

Problem

Write a SQL query to analyze support operations performance by team and week, including ticket volume, resolution rate, and average handle time for Harvey.

Use the provided teams and support_tickets tables. Treat Monday as the start of each week, calculate resolution rate as resolved tickets divided by all tickets, and ignore NULL handle times when averaging.

Output

  1. One row per team and week with tickets for that team
  2. Columns: team_name, week_start, ticket_volume, resolution_rate_pct, avg_handle_time_minutes
  3. Sort by team_name, then week_start
