Find whether a subarray with sum 0 exists; return true if found otherwise false.

Input and Output

Implement has_zero_sum_subarray(nums). The input is a list of integers. Return true if any non-empty contiguous subarray has sum 0; otherwise return false.

Constraints

1 <= len(nums) <= 1000
-10^9 <= nums[i] <= 10^9
The subarray must be non-empty and contiguous
