Write a function to reverse a string or find duplicate characters in an array.

Choose the duplicate-character version. Implement find_duplicates(chars), which accepts an array of single-character strings and returns each character appearing more than once, listed once in first-seen order.

Input is list[str]; output is list[str].

Constraints

0 <= len(chars) <= 10^4
Each element of chars is a single-character string
Return duplicate characters in first-seen order
Each duplicate character must appear once in the output
