Static vs Dynamic Decorators

MediumPython

Problem

What’s the difference between static and dynamic decorators in Python?

Implement render_message(message, prefix, suffix) to demonstrate both forms. A static decorator must uppercase the message, while a dynamic decorator must apply the runtime-provided prefix and suffix.

Input is three strings. Return the transformed string.

Constraints

  • message, prefix, and suffix are strings
  • 0 <= len(message), len(prefix), len(suffix) <= 10^4
  • The result must preserve all characters except for uppercasing the message

Function Signature

def render_message(message, prefix, suffix):
