How many ways can you climb to the top of the stairs by jumping one or two steps at a time given n stairs?

Implement climb_stairs(n), which returns the number of distinct jump sequences. A sequence's order matters, and for n = 0, count one way: taking no jumps.

Input: integer n. Output: an integer count. Use the function signature def climb_stairs(n):.

Constraints

0 <= n <= 45
Each jump must be exactly one or two steps
Return the number of distinct ordered jump sequences
