MediumSQL · PostgreSQL

Problem

What would you use for SQL to Databricks migration: JDBC, ODBC, or ADF Copy activity, and why?

For the SQL portion, validate migration completeness by comparing object row counts between the SQL source and Databricks target. Return only objects that are missing from one side or have different counts.

Output

  1. One row per validation issue, with object_name, source_row_count, target_row_count, and validation_status.
  2. Include SOURCE_ONLY, TARGET_ONLY, and COUNT_MISMATCH statuses, ordered by object_name ascending.
