Write SQL queries using JOIN, LIKE, LIMIT and GROUP BY.

Asked in the Technical stage. Reconstructed from the candidate's own answer. Using the departments and employees tables, return department summaries for employees whose names begin with A.

Output

One row per department, including departments with no matching employees.
Columns: department_name, matching_employee_count.
Sort by count descending, then department name ascending, and return at most 10 rows.
