MediumSQL · PostgreSQL

Problem

Tell me about your approach to SQL data modeling and designing a streaming data system, including how you would implement it. For the hands-on portion, use the supplied relational tables to identify each actor's latest processed event while preserving actors with no qualifying event.

  2. Columns: actor_id, actor_name, event_type, event_ts, sequence_id
  3. Order by actor_id ascending, with NULL event fields for actors without a qualifying event
