SQL: Employees Over 30

Write an SQL query to list the names and ages of employees from the "Employees" table whose age is greater than 30.

Asked in the Technical interview stage.

Output

1. Return one row per qualifying employee.
2. Include columns name and age.
3. Exclude employees aged 30 or younger and employees with a NULL age.
4. Sort by name ascending, then age ascending.
