SQL and Experiment Case Rounds

MediumSQL · PostgreSQL

Problem

Tell me about your approach to solving a multi-round Uber case that included SQL, advanced SQL, a case study, and a product success analysis.

For the SQL portion, use the supplied Uber trips and cities tables to compare product performance during June 2026.

Output

  1. One row per qualifying city and product.
  2. Columns: city_name, product_type, total_requests, completed_trips, completion_rate, average_completed_fare, and completed_trip_rank.
  3. Include only city-product combinations with at least two requests, rank products within each city by completed trips descending, and order by city_name, completed_trip_rank, then product_type.
