Spiral Order Matrix | Dataford Interview Questions

Given a matrix, return it in spiral order.

Implement spiral_order(matrix), returning a one-dimensional list of elements visited clockwise from the top-left corner. The matrix may be square or rectangular, and each row has the same length. Return an empty list for an empty matrix.

Constraints

0 <= len(matrix) <= 100
If matrix is non-empty, 1 <= len(matrix[0]) <= 100
All rows have the same number of columns
The matrix contains at most 10^4 elements
-10^9 <= matrix[row][column] <= 10^9
