Spiral Matrix from Array | Dataford Interview Questions

Function accepts an array of size m and integer n. Implement the function to create a nn matrix (nn=m) and fill the matrix in spiral order starting from matrix[0][0] in a clockwise direction.

Input

arr: list of integers of length m
n: integer such that n * n == m

Output

Return an n x n matrix filled clockwise in spiral order.

Constraints

1 <= n <= 1000
m = n * n
len(arr) == m
arr may contain duplicate or negative values
