You have a sorted array of numbers from 1 to 100 with one number missing. How do you find which number is missing?

Implement find_missing(nums), where nums contains 99 distinct integers in ascending order. Return the missing integer. Use the sorted order to achieve O(log n) time.

Each value is in the range 1 through 100
