Provide a solution to a common coding challenge, such as finding duplicates in an array. Implement find_duplicates(nums), returning each duplicated value exactly once, in the order it is first detected as a duplicate. Return an empty list when no value appears more than once. Input is a list of integers, and output is a list of integers.
