MediumPython

Problem

Explain the SOLID principles.

Asked in the hiring manager stage. Implement a function that returns the five principles in a deterministic dictionary. When requested, append one concise practical example to each definition.

Input and Output

include_examples is a Boolean. Return a dictionary whose keys are S, O, L, I, and D, in insertion order. Each value must be a concise definition, optionally followed by an example.

Constraints

  • include_examples is Boolean
  • The returned dictionary must contain exactly the keys S, O, L, I, and D
  • The output must be deterministic
