Smallest difference between float numbers [0.1, 0.4, -0.1, 2] => 0.2

Implement smallest_difference(nums), which accepts a list of at least two finite floating-point numbers and returns the smallest absolute difference between any two distinct elements. Return the result as a float without rounding it to a fixed number of decimal places.

Constraints

2 <= nums.length <= 5000
-10^9 <= nums[i] <= 10^9
All values are finite floating-point numbers
