Your question is Situation-Based BA Questions. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

Describe how you would handle situation-based questions for a business analyst role. Explain how you would structure your response, clarify ambiguous requirements, identify stakeholders, prioritize competing needs, use data, communicate trade-offs, and take ownership of the outcome. The interviewer is assessing practical judgment, adaptability, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management rather than a memorized framework. Use a specific past example where possible, and explain the situation, your responsibility, the actions you took, the result, and what you learned.
