Your question is Self-Awareness and Feedback. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

What are your greatest strengths and weaknesses from your own perspective, and how would your peers and your direct manager describe them? Explain how you know these qualities are accurate, using specific feedback or examples from your work. The interviewer is assessing self-awareness, openness to feedback, consistency between self-perception and others’ perceptions, and whether you take ownership of development areas. A strong response should identify strengths relevant to a Product Manager role, describe a genuine weakness that has affected your work, and show the concrete steps you are taking to improve. Avoid presenting a weakness as a disguised strength or making unsupported claims.
