Your question is Selecting Service Provider Performance Metrics. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

What metrics do you consider most important when evaluating the performance of service providers? Explain how you would select a balanced set of KPIs for an operations scorecard. Cover service quality, timeliness, cost, compliance, customer experience, and risk, and distinguish leading indicators from lagging indicators. For each recommended metric, state its definition, calculation approach, and the decision it supports. Also explain how you would avoid relying on a single metric or encouraging unintended provider behavior.
