SQL: find the second largest number in a column from a table and return that number

Asked in the Round 2 - Tech Interview 1 stage. Treat repeated values as one value and ignore NULL entries.

Output

Return one row with a column named second_largest_number.
Return the second largest distinct value, or NULL if fewer than two distinct non-null values exist.
