Write a SQL script to find the second-highest grant amount.

Use the grants table and treat the second-highest amount as the second-highest distinct non-null value. Return no rows if fewer than two distinct non-null amounts exist.

Output

Return one row with one column named second_highest_grant_amount.
Return the second-highest distinct grant amount only.
